Andrew T. Oliva is a licensed real estate agent who has worked in both residential and commercial sales and rentals in Nassau, Suffolk, & Queens Counties. After a brief hiatus from Real Estate while living in the Los Angeles area where he started his family, he has returned to the Long Island / NY metro area with a renewed focus on applying his overarching philosophy that human capital is our most important asset. As a results driven, relentless problem solver with over 15 years experience managing, hiring, & developing sales and customer service professionals across various industries, He's eager to apply his extensive experience in customer service, sales, and management to helping you find your next home or get the best offers for the sale of your current home. Deena is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Family Tree Realty. She is a Realtor, member of LIBOR, NAR, NYSAR, Special Education Teacher, and most recently a new Mom. She has finally moved back to Long Island from a decade and a half in Astoria, Queens. In addition to Real Estate, she spent many of those years in the hospitality industry; opening and managing restaurants, bars, hosting events, and also teaching yoga. She has a B.A. in Studio Art and holds a Master’s Degree in Education; specializing in Special Education for Adolescents with Disabilities. Deena has always had an interest in all aspects of the Real Estate Market and is thoroughly excited & eager to use her skill-set to help you in your Real Estate endeavors.
