Andrew T. Oliva is a licensed real estate agent who has worked in both residential and commercial sales and rentals in Nassau, Suffolk, & Queens Counties. After a brief hiatus from Real Estate while living in the Los Angeles area where he started his family, he has returned to the Long Island / NY metro area with a renewed focus on applying his overarching philosophy that human capital is our most important asset. Deena Oliva-D'Aleo
Deena is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Family Tree Realty. She is a Realtor, member of LIBOR, NAR, NYSAR, Special Education Teacher, and most recently a new Mom. She has finally moved back to Long Island from a decade and a half in Astoria, Queens. In addition to Real Estate, she spent many of those years in the hospitality industry; opening and managing restaurants, bars, hosting events, and also teaching yoga. She has a B.A. in Studio Art and holds a Master’s Degree in Education; specializing in Special Education for Adolescents with Disabilities. Deena has always had an interest in all aspects of the Real Estate Market and is thoroughly excited & eager to use her skill-set to help you in your Real Estate endeavors.
